I’ve loved every minute of the Big Brand Builder course so far. It provides a structure that stretches me, which is what I needed. The course has helped to sharpen my writing skills and vary the message for different audiences and media; motivated me to answer media requests; encouraged me to approach people I would never have contacted previously; provided constructive website feedback; and kept me focused on achieving something every week.

It’s great to have access to Paula for quick replies when I need help. The regular contact also enables Paula to check how we’re doing, so if anyone is slipping, she can provide advice on how to overcome challenges. I’ve been incredibly lucky that my PR buddy on the course is a perfect match – we share the same business model and have become great allies. Oh, and getting a professional portait that I like has been a real bonus!
