Four of those were spent running her own agency Paula Gardner Public Relations. She's a regular writer for both women's and small business magazines, and also runs workshops and key presentations on promoting business. Paula is the author of the Get Noticed: How to Boost your Small Business Profile in 30 days or Less.

Coaching with Do Your Own PR is £250 per month. Mentoring will consist of one hour long coaching call per month, plus email support as and when you need it. Coaching clients also get free access to the Divine Publicity Club.

Four months ago I launched an e-shop selling new products made from recycled materials.
