A small number of our clients appreciate a little extra help with their PR and marketing. In short, they like us to do some of it on their behalf and let them concentrate on what they do well.
This means that your momentum is maintained with promotional material going out to the press and the public every month. Even if you get busy, your marketing and PR is still going on, which is vital to help you keep that steady stream of clients and customers and avoid the feast/famine trap.
It’s a perfect halfway house between taking on a PR agency and doing it all yourself. For a small fee, we will take some of the graft out of your PR for you.
We offer four packages. You choose your budget, and then the appropriate activities from our menu, or speak to us on 0208 504 4557 to talk through what would be the most appropriate and effective for your business. And whichever you pick, you’ll have access to me , to brainstorm or ask questions, whenever I am available.
All VIP clients receive our media updates and journalist requests as an extra bonus.
Snack: £600 per calendar month. 3 of the below activities
Munch: £800 per calendar month. 5 of the below activities.
Meal: £1000 pcm. 8 of the below activities.
Feast: £1500 pcm. 10 of the below activities.
We will Tweet 25 times per week minimum, building followers (without using an automated programme). We will Retweet on your behalf and follow people we think could be useful contacts. This will include a monthly Twitter competition to drive people to your database.
We will write an appropriate monthly newsletter and distribute via your own database. Content to be mutually decided, but to include an offer for your list.
Write and Syndicate one article a month
We will write an article suitable for online distribution and tweak and submit that to 5 article syndication sites. This builds a bank of links going back to your site and, as we will include your newsletter sign-up link in the resource box, will help increase subscribers.
1 blog posts per week
Depending on your industry and expertise required we will write a blog post per week, each one including a link to your database sign up box. Not only does this populate your site/blog with fresh content, this is an excellent tactic for search engine optimization.
We will interview a case study each month for promotional purposes. This could be one of your own clients or customers, or a key contact that you would like get to know.
Create freebie (ethical bribe) and promote with one joint venture partner each month
Nowadays it’s no longer a case of saying sign-up to my newsletter. People want freebies, offers, gifts. We will work with you to create an ethical bribe to encourage people to sign up and then once created, we will set up a joint venture with one partner each month to increase your database by offering value to someone else’s list.
A product of the month mail shot which goes out not only to your list, but relevant press too. If products are not relevant, then we will create a tip of the month to the same end.
If you are based in London, or would like to run a London based event, we will set this up and run this for you on a monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly basis.
Direct Marketing Campaign – bespoke
A marketing/sales letter sent out to prospective customers. You can provide us with a list, or we can research and send to 20 businesses per month. Please note this is a quality letter, not a mass circular. We will follow up with a call within 7 days.

A marketing/sales shot sent out to a list you provide or purchase.
Press release written and distributed online
This ill drive traffic to your site and build brands. It is especially effective for businesses with new products and ranges where we can link directly to the site to promote products.
We will accompany or attend events on your behalf, and build a list through incentives and competitions on the day.
Terms and Conditions
* Fees include a monthly consultation with us – by phone or Skype.
* We hope you’ll understand that it takes a little time to get to know us and our business so we ask for a minimum commitment of three months. After that, it’s merely a month’s notice, on either side.
* Fees are payable in advance by BACS, Paypal, credit or debit card.
* You can change your choice of activities at any time.
