 Each year we run a number of year-long Big Brand Builder Programmes. This is not just PR. What We Cover Month One: Strategy This first month looks at a long-term strategy for your brand: one that brings together PR, marketing and social networking. Meeting One: We will also be holding our one-day meeting in London, which includes lunch and dinner at our expense. Month Two: Image We will be holding a shoot with a professional photographer who will take press photos of you, explain about product shots, and what press want to see. This month also includes a review of your press materials and website from not just me - but journalists who will give you their honest feedback. Month Three: Contact Mechanics We will put a media list together for you from women's, men's lifestyle and national newspapers and radio (whichever categories are applicable). This will save you a massive amount of time and, to be frank, boring donkey work. We will also show you how to use it! Month Four: The Factory We'll write a press release on your business for you and take you though how to create regular press releases, tip sheets or products, and other press material. Meeting Two: Build on what you've learnt with our next full day get-together. Lunch included. Month Five: Online Marketing What you need to have in place, how to integrate it, and tools to automate it when necessary. Month Six: Social Media Building on from last month, how to use it to create a buzz. Month Seven: Catch up month - includes 1.5 hours one to one telephone work with me Month Eight: Your newsletter/database The most important resources for any business - how to grow and use them. Tools, tips and practical help. Meeting Three: Lunch included Month Nine: Meet The Press This will take you through organising and running a press event/stunt, and help you schedule and run one. You are going to do it! Month Ten: Digital PR Probably the most important thing you'll learn on this programme. Without it, watch your business stagnate and die. Month Eleven: catch up: 1.5 hours one to one with me January: Keeping It Creative Coming up with ideas - exploring your creative side, with exercises to help keep them coming. Meeting Four Month Twelve: Who or what do you need to know to grow this now? We look at systems, getting help, time management, joint ventures and where to go from here. A place on the year-long Big Brand Builder Programme is currently £3250 - a deposit of £1000, followed by ten monthly payments of £225.
